• International Orders:
  For international orders, delivery will typically take 5-8 working days after payment confirmation (via bank transfer). Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances, which could cause delays of up to 5-6 additional working days or more.

We are not responsible for any delays in international shipments or if delays are not communicated, whether they are due to customs, courier issues, or any other unforeseen reasons.

Delivery Charges:

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the type of products ordered and the delivery location. These charges are non-refundable.
• For international shipments, please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities or governments outside of Pakistan. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the customer refuses to pay any applicable customs duties or taxes, the parcel will be discarded, and no refund will be issued for the order amount.
